The lead is a quote lead. The article opens with a snip of a quote and then the second sentence is a full quote. It does not work very well, because the quote is so short it does not make much sense to the topic. It is very brief, but the quote in the first sentence is so short is means nothing to the topic. It could have easily been left out and put in a different part of the article.

The link doesn't work and since you didn't copy and paste the lead itself (please do) onto the post, I can't agree or disagree. Check the link and copy and paste the lead unto the blog.
